Not a tour operator
Split&Fly is a tool for planning and comparing. I am not a tour operator, do not sell package holidays and do not broker bookings: links lead to the respective providers, booking and payment happen there, and the contract is made only with the respective provider. I do not accept payments for travel services and do not pass customer data on to providers.
Partner links (advertising)
Split&Fly is a free project. Some links to providers (for example flights via Aviasales/Travelpayouts, activities via Viator) are partner links; each one is marked “Partner*” in the app. If a booking is made through such a link, I receive a small commission from the provider. The price for you stays the same.
Liability for content and links
Prices, flight times and offers come from the respective providers and may change at any time. Only the provider’s offer at the time of booking is authoritative. The operators of linked pages are solely responsible for their content; no legal violations were apparent at the time of linking. If I become aware of any infringements, I will remove the links concerned immediately.
Consumer dispute resolution
I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
